Cookies Policy

How neurogs.tech uses cookies and similar technologies — categories, lawful bases, current inventory, and your controls. Aligned with UU PDP No. 27/2022.

1. Purpose of This Notice

This Cookies Policy explains how PT. Neurogs Inovasi Teknologi uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.neurogs.tech. It is a companion document to our Privacy Policy and is governed by UU PDP No. 27/2022, Peraturan Menteri Kominfo terkait, and applicable international guidance (ePrivacy Directive, GDPR Recital 30 where relevant).

2. What is a Cookie

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDK identifiers — perform comparable functions. We treat all such mechanisms collectively as 'cookies' for the purpose of this notice.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary

Required for the site to function — session continuity, CSRF protection, language preference. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. Lawful basis: legitimate interest / contractual necessity.

3.2 Preference

Remember non-essential choices (e.g., reduced-motion preference, dismissed banners). Lawful basis: consent. You may decline these without functional loss.

3.3 Analytics (Aggregate)

Privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics on page reach and navigation health. We do not use cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers, or behavioral profiling. Lawful basis: consent.

3.4 Marketing

Neurogs.tech does not deploy marketing or advertising cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertising networks.

4. Current Inventory

At the present date neurogs.tech operates without third-party cookies. The only cookies in use are session and preference cookies served from the neurogs.tech first-party domain. Should this change, the inventory below will be updated and existing visitors will be re-prompted for consent where required.

  • neurogs_session — Strictly necessary · session lifetime · authentication continuity.
  • neurogs_pref — Preference · 6 months · UI preferences (reduced motion, locale).

5. Consent Management

On first visit you will see a consent prompt summarizing categories. You may accept all, reject all non-essential, or configure per-category. Your choice is stored as a first-party cookie and may be revisited at any time via the 'Cookie Preferences' link in the footer (under deployment).

6. Withdrawing or Changing Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Browser controls (clearing cookies, blocking third-party cookies, Do Not Track signals) are honored.

7. Data Transfers

First-party cookies are stored on infrastructure operated within Indonesia. Where a strictly necessary cookie value is processed by an international subprocessor (e.g., CDN edge cache), the transfer is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent UU PDP-recognized safeguard.

8. Retention

Strictly necessary session cookies expire when the browser session ends. Preference cookies persist for up to six months. Analytics identifiers (when enabled) are rotated at most every 13 months.

9. Children

We do not knowingly use cookies to track or profile minors. neurogs.tech is intended for enterprise security operations professionals.

10. Updates

We will update this Cookies Policy as our use of cookies evolves. Material changes will trigger a re-prompt for consent for affected categories.
